The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Pods team. You will manage a caseload of children on child protection, child in need, or looked after plans, ensuring their safety and wellbeing through regular visits, assessments, and direct work. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategy discussions, safety planning, and attending various review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads involving child protection, child in need, or looked after plans.
- Conduct visits, assessments, and direct work to ensure children's safety and wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
- Investigate concerns and assess risks to determine appropriate actions.
