Balancing risk and protective factors within a child protection framework is essential. You will need the ability to provide concise, informative reports based on complex evidence whilst still remain open to reassessment based on new information.
Key responsibilities:
- Devise intervention plans based on assessed needs in the planning and service delivery domain.
- Collaborate closely with therapists for clinical interventions, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
- Work within a flexible framework, managing Child Protection Plans to address children's needs.
- Provide reports aligned with London Child Protection Procedures and court requirements.
